“My story is not about a girl trapped beneath an avalanche, but about the avalanche she carried within her.”

Known for her leadership in hospitality and guest experience, Alicia spent decades leading some of the world’s most respected restaurant and operations teams, becoming the nation’s first female General Manager of a three-Michelin-starred restaurant.

Her work eventually expanded beyond hospitality into global commercial real estate, where she helped integrate hospitality principles into corporate culture, leadership development, and client experience.

But beneath the success and external momentum, another story was unfolding.

After surviving a devastating natural disaster that left her buried alive, Alicia spent years living with unresolved trauma, PTSD, and survivor’s guilt; experiences that quietly shaped much of her inner world long after the event itself had passed.

Stepping away from her long career to focus on healing became a turning point. Through years of personal work and extensive study of trauma, subconscious patterns, emotional regulation, and hypnotherapy, Alicia began rebuilding a relationship with herself rooted not in survival, but in awareness, restoration, and reconnection.

Today, her work integrates guided hypnotherapy, subconscious work, and her own lived experience to support meaningful internal change.

Her approach is grounded in the belief that healing does not come through force or performance, but through creating the safety and awareness necessary to release what has been held for too long.
