What makes your programs successful?

You! You are the key to the success of any programs or services. With every RTT session, you will receive a 21-Day recording. This is a mental tool that will rewire your neural pathways, and it’s of the utmost importance that you dedicate time to listen to the recording for the entire duration. 

How long does a RTT session take?

Each Rapid Transformational Therapy session lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours. For that reason, we ask you to block off a total of 2 hours in your calendar to make sure you are not rushed.

What does it feel like?

The experience feels different for each person. Some people feel a floating sensation; some do not. Others may feel sleepy, while others do not. Most people, however, feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel is not an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working.

Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis?

NO! That’s an old wives tale. You have complete control the whole time. You can talk, move your body, and stop the session to use the bathroom. Hypnosis is a natural state, we move in and out of hypnosis all day long, so there is absolutely no way to become “stuck.” 

how does it work?

Hypnosis is science! It works by slowing the vibrational frequencies of the mind to alpha and even theta states. We do this by rapid induction using REM (Rapid Eye Movement), which allows us to move past the critical mind and access the subconscious mind. It’s easy, and anyone can do it. You’ll see for yourself when you do it too! 

how effective is hypnosis?

It’s not magic, but the results can be magical.
Hypnosis is very effective when applied by a skilled practitioner, and the client is committed to their goal and desire for change. However, there is still work to do as there is no quick fix.  There is great value in many therapies and healing modalities depending on the client’s needs and desires. However, in my own experience with clients and being a client of hypnosis, I find hypnosis to be effective for positive outcomes with fewer sessions and the transformations more permanent. 

How effective is hypnotherapy?

Below is a study was done by Alfred A. Barrios, Ph.D. it reveals the success rate of hypnotherapy in comparison to Psychoanalysis and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.

What if I don’t go “deep” enough?

Don’t worry about how deep you go. It’s not essential. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. Just tell yourself the truth – “This is working,” and it will work. 

What if i go back to scenes that are painful or scary?

If you go back to scenes from your life related to things like sexual or physical abuse, or other trauma, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving that scene; you are simply reviewing it and that you are safe. You are supported and in a safe space for you to express your emotions. 

When will i start to see changes?

There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy – every person is different:
– Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts, and behaviors right in the session.
– Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or overtime.
– Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.



what if I need or want another session?

RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create significant changes in your life. Depending upon the particular issues, it may take up to 3 RTT sessions. Most want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their lives and receive coaching to integrate new beliefs and build new habits and behaviors. We can discuss the best approach as we dive into the work together.
